CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

Location: Montecatini Terme, Tuscany

1. Introductory remarks

Article 1. Festival is organized with aim of informing of qualitative possibilities of each applied ensemble regarding further cooperation, mutual introducing, and in that way to give contribution to the peace, tolerance among people of different culture, religious or race affiliation.
Article 2. Festival doesn’t support activity, which would be promoted in any way of political or religious determination, race discrimination or religious intolerance.
Article 3.  All interested ensembles have right to participate in Festival, by filling their application form till definited  date, being integral part of propositions, making payment of their participation fee and confirming, with its signature and seal, that they accept completely the mentioned conditions for participation.
Article 4. Festival  accepts participation of ensembles without age limit. Number of participants in program of each ensemble can’t be less than 25 including dancers, musicians, singers, leaders, accompaning members and bus drivers.  All ensembles can be accompanied by live music, music by CD or audio cassette.
Article 5. Each participating group will be awarded an Honorary Diploma of Festival Participant, valuable souvenir and a gift, DVD with the film of the Festival events. The Festival’s activities will be covered in the broadcasts of the Italian national and regional TV channels and radio stations, Italian newspapers and magazines.

2. Performance time  

Article 6. Each ensemble will be able to perform their part of program till 10 minutes, at participation.
Article 7.  In frame of permitted time ensemble performs the dance by its own choice.
 

Confirmation

To participate in the festival the director of the group should fill and sign the application you find below and send it to us with a creative biography of the group and some colour photos sent by e-mail. The confirmation is guaranteed by advance payment amounting to 30% of the overall cost. The rest of payment can be made till  20th of June 2027. Until 30th of June 2027 each group should send the list of participants, name/surname, sex, date of birth and passport number for registration in hotel.
Cancellation policy

• Until 60 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied
• From 59 to 15 days prior to arrival the deposit will be withheld and applied a further penalty equal to 50% the entire booked stay;
• If the group cancell participation due to events of force majeure like atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, illness or in cases not dependent on the group or the festival organization, the payment deposit made by the group will be forward to next festivals organizied by Sopravista usable in 3 years.
