Dear Directors, your next festival is coming soon, so we are starting preparation of concert’s program. To avoid confusions and misunderstandings during the festival we need to your collaboration. Please send to us following information.

Write your program for concert/s for approval. Include - titles and duration of performances, if your group needs to change costumes ect. Our public is always very interested to know what the groups present on the stage , so please provide a short description of your performances.

Write here your age category and nomination

What kind of music will be used - live or CD. If CD - please send us the tracks by email , in this case we can prepare better the concerts' schedule. Write us if you need to some microphones and how many

Write exact name of your group which will be enclosed in Diploma

Write approx. hour of arrival and departure, number of flights ect. and if do you need to bus transfer

If you still didn't make it - send photos and artistic profile of your group

Write us if do you need to some support or suggestions about excursions during the festival

Write if you have special requests and if in your group there are people with food allergies vegan, vegetarians ect., so we'll inform the hotel
