CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

Location: Rimini - Pesaro

International contest is open for groups and soloists of different ages and dance/vocal/instrumental categories. It’s a celebration of art for children and adults in an unique atmosphere of joy and funny moments, combining a holiday in wonderful Italy with participation in a prestigious event. General technical requirements:

  • The music must be sent in advance by e-mail, after registration (Phonogram file format: mp3, wma, wav. )
  • Phonogram file name format: SURNAME Name - Song name.
  • Replacement of the repertoire is possible till 1 week before contest

Jury and evaluation criteria:
The composition of the jury is formed and approved by the Organizing Committee of the contest. The jury is formed by specialists of dance, vocal and music art: choreographers, composers, musicians, variety artists, teachers.
Decisions of the jury are final and are not subject to review.
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for the decision of the jury and the awarding of seats to the participants.

Competitive requirements, specified in the score sheet of the jury:

• Range of voice;
• Artistry and scenic culture;

• Performing skills;

• Costumes and props;

• Understanding the style, artistic interpretation of the musical work, selection of the repertoire;
• Artistry, stage appearance, general impression.

Awards:

  • The winner of the Grand Prix is ​​determined in each  age category.
  • The winners of I, II and III degrees are awarded cups, prizes and souvenirs.
  • Groups who do not win the main awards of the competition receive Diploma for participation and souvenir.

The jury has the right to not award, but also to duplicate certain places at its own preference.

The participation fee includes:
 
• 5 days/4 nights accommodation  in 3 or 4-bed rooms, TV, private bathroom with a shower and hot water 
• 4 days half board / italian breakfast on and dinner with 1st course, 2nd course, desert and water/
• Extra activities for participants
• Support our staff during the festival

* Participating fee for group  – 100 euro
* Participating fee for small groups of 5-10 persons – 70 euro
* Participating fee for soloist / duet – 50 euro per person
* Supplement for double room – 7 euro per day per person.
* Supplement for single room – 20 euro per day per person.
* For groups of 25 participants, 26th is serviced free of charge, for the groups with over 40 participants, 41st, 42nd and 43rd are serviced free of charge.
* The travelling expenses to and from the festival’s location as well as the costs of  stay, lasting four days is covered by the groups themselves.
* Upon request organizers can arrange bus transfers from airports to the hotel for additional fee.
* NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE – tourist tax of 2,5 euro per day per person for hotel*** 
 
 

Confirmation

To participate in the festival the director of the group should fill and sign the application you find below and send it to us with a creative biography of the group and some colour photos sent by e-mail. The confirmation is guaranteed by advance payment amounting to 30% of the overall cost. The rest of payment can be made till  1st of July 2026. Until 15th of July 2026 each group should send the list of participants, name/surname, sex, date of birth and passport number for registration in hotel.

Cancellation policy

  • Until 60 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied
  • From 59 to 15 days prior to arrival the deposit will be withheld and applied a further penalty equal to 30% the entire booked stay;
  • If the group cancell participation due to events of force majeure like atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, illness or in cases not dependent on the group or the festival organization, the payment deposit made by the group will be forward to next festivals organizied by Sopravista usable in 3 years.
