CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

Location: Garda's Lake

Introduction

  • Festival doesn’t support activity, which would be promoted in any way of political or religious finality, race discrimination or religious intolerance.
  • Festival accepts participation of ensembles without age limit.
  • Number of participating groups is limited.
  • Bring National flag and visible panel of the group name.
  • In the festival can participate - folk dance and song groups, choirs, instrumental groups, orchestra, dancing and musical performance groups - classical, modern, hip hop, marching bands, majorettes, fashion theatres, oriental dance groups etc.
  • The group should prepare a program till 10 minutes for each concert. It could be different or same for all concerts. The group can use live or recorded music.
  • It's recommended group brings small gift for exchange.
  • If the group needs, the organizers provides official invitation and thank-you letters for team leaders and sponsors;
  • A Diploma and plaque will be awarded to all participating groups
  • The Festival’s activities will be covered in the broadcasts of the Italian national and regional TV channels and radio stations, Italian newspapers and magazines.

Conditions for participation  for groups of more than 11 people
 

Costs of standard stay: 3 HB / Half Board (italian breakfast and dinner)
 
Hotel*** - 199 euro
/hotel situated about 10km from Garda/
*Additional day – 50 euro		 Hotel*** - 225 euro
*Additional day – 60 euro		 Hotel*** comfort - 245 euro
*Additional day – 65 euro
The participation fee includes:
 
• 3 nights accommodation in 3 or 4-bed rooms, private bathroom with a shower and hot water 
• 3 days half board /italian breakfast on buffet and dinner 1st course, 2nd course, desert and water /
• Support our staff during the festival
• Festival participation fee
 
* Supplement for double room – 7 euro per day per person.
* Supplement for single room – 20 euro per day per person.
* For groups of 25 participants, 26th is serviced free of charge, for the groups with over 40 participants, 41st, 42nd and 43rd are serviced free of charge.
* The travelling expenses to and from the festival’s location as well as the costs of  stay, lasting four days is covered by the groups themselves.* Upon request organizers can arrange bus transfers from airports to the hotel for additional fee.
* NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE – tourist tax of 2,5 euro per day per person
 

Conditions for participation for individual participants or small groups of up to 10 people
 

Costs of standard stay: 3 HB / Half Board (italian breakfast and dinner)

The participation fee includes:

Confirmation
To participate in the festival the director of the group should fill and sign the application you find below and send it to us with a creative biography of the group and some colour photos sent by e-mail. The confirmation is guaranteed by advance payment amounting to 30% of the overall cost. The rest of payment can be made till  15th of March 2027. Until 25th of March 2027 each group should send the list of participants, name/surname, sex, date of birth and passport number for registration in hotel.

Cancellation policy

  • Until 60 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied
  • From 59 to 15 days prior to arrival the deposit will be withheld and applied a further penalty equal to 50% the entire booked stay;
  • If the group cancel participation due to events of force majeure like atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, illness or in cases not dependent on the group or the festival organization, the payment deposit made by the group will be forward to next festivals organizied by Sopravista usable in 3 years.

 The indicated packages are valid for registration and confirmation payment till December 2026
